Installed in the South window of the East aisle the window was presented to the Church by Mr Neil Meldrum , a senior Elder of the Church and a well known Aberdeen Solicitor.

The location of the window was close to the seat in which Neil had sat for many years. Thus its location particularly suited his desire that:

“He might enjoy it in his own lifetime!”

The window depicts Girdleness lighthouse, an Aberdeen City skyline, including the city churches and Marischal College, and Benachie.
