Dear friends
Sharmann Maromo is a Zimbabwean Minister who will be joining us for a year as part of a familiarisation scheme in order to prepare him to become a Church of Scotland Minister. Sharmann arrives on the 30th of November, and we have been lucky enough to secure the use of the Peterculter Manse for him to stay in. However, the Manse requires furnishing and equipping. We would very much like to be in the position of having everything Sharmann might need in place before he arrives. Thankfully we have most of the larger items of furniture sorted. The attached is a list of things we are looking for. We wonder if you might be willing to help by donating something from the list (click here) or making a financial contribution towards purchasing some of the items?
Sharmann is a young man who will be leaving his wife and children behind in Zimbabwe for now. We felt it was important to make him feel welcome and how better to do that than by ensuring he has a home ready to move into. Your help with this would be greatly appreciated.
